ADA Construction

Since the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990, you may be aware of certain regulations in place which require establishments like your hotel to provide ample access to people with impaired mobility. In the language of the Act itself, all places of public accommodation (like a hotel) must be accessible to disabled people. Every few years, the ADA Standards change and new minimum requirements come into play.

Since we’ve been in this business for many years, we are intimately familiar with the ADA guidelines. We’ll make sure than any new construction we do for you includes plenty of access to go above and beyond these minimum requirements without sacrificing the aesthetic quality of your remodel. During our construction, we’ll be sure to include signs with braille, ramps, and corridors wide enough for passage to comply with these regulations.
